Modena - 4th day of championship and at Palasport Palapanini in Modena we will see the new entry Loreto. A perky team the one of Coach Moretti, That after having won A1 Series last Year is well playing in the main category too. After having made Sisley sweat, which could win only at Tie Break, and having fight versus Piacenza, they obtained the first win in championship versus Verona, with a great 3-0. That was an important victory, which brought the team to 4 points. It will be a great show again tomorrow versus Trenkwalder , who will have to defend the top position from the attack of Diackov and teammates.

08.10.2009 - BRUNO DA RE:" FREAT TEAM SPIRIT". 1974 SUBSCRIPTIONS !
Three matches,7 points and top position of the list with Treviso and Macerata.
There is the right quantity of satisfaction in Gialloblu environment after the convincing win versus Latina.(3-0)
That was a great victory both for the results and for the spirit of Trenkwalder of Mr Silvano Prandi Phd.
"We played a good match - said the Gm of Pallavolo Modena Bruno Da Re-I really like the spirit the team showed and every single player's dedication. We started our season the right way and we are working in order to optimize these first matches of championship. I like the atmosphere I saw at Palapanini: enthusiasm and a lot of spectators! Now we must keep on working and we are now concentrated on Loreto. We mustn't absolutely underrate them because they have great players and they had a good result in Verona.

VERONA - Modena beats easily Marmi Lanza Verona at the first match at home, Sottile's team could find neither mutual understanding nor aggressiveness as in the first match, on the contrary Dennis was able to enthrall Trenkwalder. The cuban (MWP) was great: 3 aces, a block, and 72% as attack. Before the match the spiker of Marmi Lanza Robert Kromm recieved the prize of Lega as "best beater" of last year.

Yesterday Lega Pallavolo Serie A made official the new calendar of Serie A1 Tim, so here an intensive week: next Sunday , 4th October at 6.00 pm in Verona Trenkwalder Modena-Marmi Lanza; than two matches at Palapanini: Wednesday 7th October at 8,30 pm Trenkwalder-Latina and Sunday 1th at 6.00 pm Trenkwalder-Loreto..
“From the match versus Macerata we keept the defeat, but also an important point and a lot of positive things of our team - says the Finnish setter Mikko Esko- But now we are concentrating only on Verona: We will play on a difficult Field and versus an enthusiastic team with a lot of technical values, who won
3-0 in Cuneo versus one of the best team of the championship. We are knowing each other better, we are improving training after training. In Verona we can win and we want to win ".

30.09.2009 - ON SUNDAY TRENKWALDER IN VERONA. THE NEW SEASON CALENDAR OF SERIE A1 TIM
Lega Pallavolo Serie A takes note of what Giunta esecutiva of Fipav decided. This morning it went on with a new start of the SERIE A1 TIM championship, with a format of 15 teams and two relegations. This was done without revocating the reviving of Forlì (this act is exclusively competence of the Volleyball Federation)
The new calendar keeps the first day, already played, unchanged, with Yoga Forlì in rest. The match Aran Cucine Abruzzo Pineto – Tonno Callipo Vibo Valentia will be played postponed on Wednesday the 28th October.
Regular season will finish on the 21st March as previously communicated. The calendar presents now 6 midweek days, 5 on Wednesday and 1 on Thursday, the 26th November.
”I regret we arrived at this point, it wasn't a great page for the Italian Volleyball" Said the General Manager of Pallavolo Modena Bruno Da Re- The important thing is now going on playing. We have to concentrate on our matches with determination and attention. I don't want to go into the merits of every single match of the calendar, I only see that in October we will be usually at Palapanini, but at the end of December and at the beginning of February we won't see our supporters for a long time".
