15.07.2010 - CALENDAR OF EVENTS SERIE A 1: CASA MODENA WILL GIVE ITS FIRST PERFORMANCE VS LATINA, THAN TREVISO AT PALAPANINI
It's now official. This morning at Savoia Hotel Regency di Bologna the calendar of events of the 66th Championsip of A1 was presented. First performance in Latina the 24th October, the week after firs performance at home vs Sysley Treviso for the Derby d'Italia.
Really intensive the group of challenges from the 5th to the 8th: Trento and Cuneo, Forlì out , and Macerata at Home. Last match of the first tournament in Monza.
Bruno Da Re said”Our Calendar of events is not the best one, it's difficoult, similar to the first last year one. I think it' doesn't respect the forces we saw last year..., but that's the calendar and we are going to face up to it serenely, playing match after match and thinking to the value of the other teams, not to the sequence of matches. I think it will be a championship more difficoult than last one, there are no "mattress teams". I see Trento and Cuneo with superior teams. We want to aspire to the highest position and we want to stay with the strongest...."

12.07.2010 - SEASONAL TICKETS SALES CAMPAIGN "ONE OF US" STARTED: 77 TICKETS THE FIRST DAY!
First day of seasonal tickets sales campaign for Pallavolo Modena- Casa Modena 2010-2011.
"One of us"is the chosen slogan to underline the strong link between supporters and team.
Today Monday 12th July, first day reserved to old seasonal tickets-holders , 77 tickets were subscribed , increasing the result of the first day of last year. A signal of enthusiasm you can find under "Ghirlandina".
The campaign is going on at every branch of BPER . Up to Friday 23rd the old "holders" will be able to renew the seasonal ticket with the pre-emption, than space to everybody.
The seasonal ticket is "All Inclusive": all the matches that Casa Modena will play at home (Regular Season, Play-Offs, Coppa Italia, Coppa Cev) are included.
Prices are from 60 to 600 Euros, News: “Curva Ghirlandina”, sectors and seats that will have to be respected and a great offer of Caffè Cagliari only for seasonal-ticket-holders.

09.07.2010 - SEASONO TICKET SALES CMPAIGN 2010-2011 PRESENTED IN BPER: ONE OF US!
" ONE OF US": this is the slogan for the seasonal tickets sales campaign 2010-2011, presented this morning at service center of BPER, impressive partner also for next season.
present company: Daniele Bertoncelli (Director of Modena Bper), Giuseppe Biagioni (Respons. Executive services Bper), Giuliano Grani (President of Pallavolo Modena), Bruno Da Re (GM of Pallavolo Modena), Pietro Manzini (Commercial Director of Caffè Cagliari) and Cosimo Pintore (Marketing Manager Caffè Cagliari).
It will be an “all-inclusive” seasonal ticket: all the matches that will be played by Casa Modena at home(Championship both Regular Season and Play-Offs, Coppa Italia e Coppa Cev) will be included in the seasonal ticket .
News: “Curva Ghirlandina”, sectors and seats that will have to be respected, and a great offer of Caffè Cagliari only for season-ticket-holders.
We will start at every BPER branche, Monday 12th July with the pre-emption for old holders. From the 26th July space for "new holders"

Giuliano Grani (President of Pallavolo Modena): “We are going to start with our 6th season and I see a lot of enthusiasm in our partners. our aim? always doing better. We touched something up at a team that I think has the possibility to grow up. Then there are the supporters , for us and for our guys on the parquet our people are too important."
Bruno Da Re (gm Pallavolo Modena): “Modena is a special city, the slogan "one of us" represents the sense of partecipation and union between team, society, supporters and friends. We wanted to bring out young people and supporters with "Curva Ghirlandina" , In other sectors nothing changed. This year we are going to invest on the staff of Palasport in order to save seasonal ticket- holders and supporters and to make sectors and seats being respected.
An aim for the seasonal Tickets? I would like to go over the 2200 of last year, arriving at 2500 will be an extraordinary aim that the whole Modena would deserve.

07.07.2010 - GIALLOBLU ALL AROUND ITALY
Last days of market in Serie A. It will finish at Savoia Hotel Regency of Bologna Wednesday 14th July (the day after the calendar of events willl be presented):
Casa Modena closed some entering and exiting transactions. In Gialloblu arrived the russian Spiker Yuri Berezhko, the Italian- Argentinian Larry Creus and the Universal Alberto Casadei.
Five Athlets of Pallavolo Modena will be lent all around Italy.
Let's start from the three "Azzurrini" that took part of the long collegial training of the Under 23 National Team, the selection of the best young Italian Talents.
Davis Krumnis will spend another Year in Monza in A1, The spiker Alessandro Bartoli will play in Cavriago in A2, the libero Fabio Donadio was lent to Potenza Picena (Macerata) in B1.
In azzurro will stay the young Riccardo Pinelli, (class 1991), that after the year With the Blu College, will play in Club Italia, trained by Luigi Schiavon, in A2.
Also the belgian spiker Bram Van den Dries, after the experience in Latina, next season will be lent to Perugia (A1) (sd Andrea Sartoretti, Coach Emanuele Zanini.)
After three seasons in Gialloblu Filippo Pagani next year will play in Santa Croce (A2.)

06.07.2010 - FINLAND-RUSSIA: ARE WE AT CASA MODENA?
Finland and Russia didn't challenge each other on parquet, but they met and chatted about Casa Modena 2010-2011. Last Week end in Tampere (Finland) Finnish and Russian national teams played two matches valid for group C of World League 2010, and there was a lot of GIALLO BLU ...
Mikko Esko didn't play with his Finland because he is practicing Beach Volley, but he wanted to stay with his team and greet Yuri Berezhko.Coach Daniele Bagnoli Let The new spiker of Casa Modena rest, after his muscular problem.
Mikko wanted to meet Yuri and he visited him at his Hotel. Alessandro Guazzaloca and the physiotherapist Gianluca Castellari, who live both in Russia and Italy, arranged the meeting .
It was a pleasent chat talking about Italy and Modena, about the championship and the projects of the future Casa Modena and Joking about tactics. Everything in International language, a mix of English, Russian and some Italian words, italian who is thaught Berezhko by Guazzaloca and Castellari.
The group posed for a photo in yellow t-shirt, given by a group of Modena Supporters in Tampere to watch Finland Russia.

06.04.2010 - SATURDAY 4TH MATCH IN MACERATA.
After a great victory Sunday at Palapanini and a Monday of rest, Today Trenkwalder Modena was Back to gym. The victory in Match 3 allowed to go to match 4. Now we are 2-1 and Saturday 10th April at Palafontescodella of Treia we will play match 4. (4,00 pm)
A match that will be intense as all the matches of this season. Saturday it will be the seventh match this season.
"we are thinking about match 4- said Marco Cosimo Piscopo- Sunday we showed we never give up and we want to go on fighting thinking ball after ball with attention and determination.
The previous 3 matches were all balanced, sunday we played at Palapanini with our supporters, who helped us a lot and I know that they will follow us in Macerata..
Blocks? It's important and can be decisive vs Macerata. They are high quality players and it's difficult blocking them, but we have to be precise. It's also important serving well. To win vs Macerata we have only to play perfectly and we will try doing that in match 4. they want to close the series Saturday, BUT WE WANT TO COME BACK TO PALAPANINI.

22.03.2010 - COUNT DOWN PLAY-OFF: SATURDAY AT PALAPANINI TRNKWALDER-LUBE(4,00 PM)
Regular Season A1 TIM finished and thanks to the yesterday win in Pineto trenkwalder closed with a great 4th place ( same points of Treviso, but worse set difference).
A Position that in the Play off schedule means quarter finals vs Macerata (5th place in regular season). Lube of coach Fefè De Giorgi, of Cisolla, Vermiglio, Omrcen land other champions. The serie will be played at the best of five matches, and it will start next saturday 27th March at Palapanini with match 1.
“fourth place in regular season is a great result, said the GM Pallavolo Modena Bruno Da Re – It's true, we miss the third position for only two sets, but the joy for this reached aim is more important than what we lost.
Reaching play offs was our aim at the beginning, we reached it with a great position and now we move our aim: to afford them being sure that we can do well. this position allows us to play minimum two matches and the eventual ffifth at hom. This will be agreat opportuity for our supporters and a plesure for us to have them with us. Macerata is a high qualty team, they will be motivated and will want to be a great team again. we will afford this adventure with serenity and determination to play on the same level.
Our players aren't satisfied, on the contrary they want to show their value. "
