Bruninho (Casa Modena): “In match 3 we wasted some occasions and Trento, who is not worlsd champion by chance don't forgive anything. Itas has the best chances to win Italian Championship, but we are doing well despite our problems. Serving is the key, we need to defend and serve well. We play at home in front of our supporters. I love playing at PalacasaModena."
Matey Kaziyski (Itas Diatec Trentino): “Gara 2 showed what Modena Can do, but we will not be surprised, We will play each ball. Our Aim is going to Rome, and we want to close the semi final asap, in order to have more time to train.

Casa Modena reached Trento in the semi final series Vs Itas Diatec Trentino (1-1).
In front of 5000 supporters, a great and wild yellow block , Bagnoli's team was able to win 3-0 vs the world and Europe champions. A match of great Volleyball
The Starting six of Modena was Without  Berezhko (Problems on his knees, tomorrow he will fly to Russia) and Casadei ( muscular desease). Bagnoli Chose Kooy and Casoli as spikers. Trento must give up Jan Stokr replaced by  Sokolov.
Equilibrium at the beginning;:Bruninho looked for Angel Denns, while  Raphael preferred choosing his spikers Juantorena and  Kaziyski. Home Gialloblu are good in defending the Serving of Trento  (final 63% for Modena with 0 subjected aces) and placed the right break with   Kooistra's aces and Casoli's attacks.
Also the second set started point on point, than Casa Modena Went On. The Brasilian Setter Bruniho changed his way of playing, on the Contrary Itas couldn't play its volleyball.  Modena  went on  16-12, 21-18 e 24-20. Trento didn't agree, defended and replayed and a yellow card to Bagnoli (two mistakes in calling two sustitutions ) brought Trento on24-23. Modena closed 25-23 with a central attack by Creus
In Third set 2-1 for Trento Angel Dennis went serving, marking 7 aces and half points in his tourn. PalaCasaModena was a Bedlam, modena went 12-3.. Stoytchev changed almost all his players, but the trend didnt't change up to thefinal  25-8  .

Daniele Bagnoli (allenatore Casa Modena): “Today we havn't played well, but very well. We were good in defense. Those are play offs. It's important to say that Trento Hasn't played at its best, and  they are still favoured in winning, but we are trying. And Modena with these supporters  is the best place to win such a match."
Radostin Stoytchev (allenatore Itas Diatec Trentino): “This was our worst match in season. No determination, no concentration, things which allowed us win match 1.
It wasn't any technical  but mental problem, becouse nothing went well. Now we have to forget and restart from zero, we have to find the solution to this problem, we ahave to analyse this KO.

PALACASAMODENA – Casa Modena dominated Monza in match 4 and brought the series of the quarters to match 5 which will be played next Wednesday in Monza.
Gialloblu played a high intensity match, elating the 3200 supporters .  Also the numbers testified the value of the match played by Casa Modena:70% of positivity in defense and 62 % in attack!
About each single player: Great match by   Kooistra (15 points and 79% in attack) and by the Brasilian setter   Bruninho (At the end MVP) .Daniele Bagnoli chose    Yuri Berezhko in place  4 even if the russian Spiker wasn't at his best . For Luca Monti usual starting six with Travica-Gavotto, Rooney-Molteni, Forni-Buti with  Exiga libero.
First set completely Gialloblu with a super Dennis, a lethal Creus in Serving and a fatal Kooistra in attacking
Most balance in the second and third partial. Monti inserted  Shumov for  Forni, but  Casa Modena could place a break in both partials.
In third set Diaz came back fort the first time one month after the accident occursed. The Whole PalacasaModena encuraged him and he played 3 important balls.
  Daniele Bagnoli (Coach of Casa Modena): “We played a great match, we were good in all the basics.  Berezhko played gritting his teeth and I'm happy for Diaz. He is better in matches than in trainings, he feels better every day . Wednesday will be our V-Day…”.
Simone Buti (central player of  Acqua Paradiso Monza): “At home they have an edge. Their serving created us difficulties and they hadn't done anty mistake in defending, so Bruniho could free all his mates.
Anyway on wednesday we will play in Monza, we must change our attitude and be agressive.

PALAIPER - Acqua Paradiso Monza Brianza won match 1 of the quarter finals play off beating  Casa Modena 3-1. 
Host team  dominated the first 2 sets with a great volleyball in attack and block, then a great reaction of Modena who won the third and in fourth was forward 24-22 (wasting the attack af  the possible 25-23) before losing 27-25-

Angel Dennis (Casa Modena): “We did both good and bad things. In  first sets we hadn't play, in  last one we had the possibility to close more than once, but we couldn't. Now our aim is winning  at home, in three days it will be another match, we will wait for them and we want to play another matchA, doing better"
Dragan Travica (Acqua Paradiso Monza Brianza): “It hasn't been an easy win: the first two sets were great, they were determined and they kept on. At the end, in fourth set there wasn't a real difference.
I think both teams showed great character  and good skills. Anyway I'm optimistic. The whole team is optimistic. we showed twice we can win and we feel the quarters final  can be ours.
