09.07.2010 - SEASONO TICKET SALES CMPAIGN 2010-2011 PRESENTED IN BPER: ONE OF US!
" ONE OF US": this is the slogan for the seasonal tickets sales campaign 2010-2011, presented this morning at service center of BPER, impressive partner also for next season.
present company: Daniele Bertoncelli (Director of Modena Bper), Giuseppe Biagioni (Respons. Executive services Bper), Giuliano Grani (President of Pallavolo Modena), Bruno Da Re (GM of Pallavolo Modena), Pietro Manzini (Commercial Director of Caffè Cagliari) and Cosimo Pintore (Marketing Manager Caffè Cagliari).
It will be an “all-inclusive” seasonal ticket: all the matches that will be played by Casa Modena at home(Championship both Regular Season and Play-Offs, Coppa Italia e Coppa Cev) will be included in the seasonal ticket .
News: “Curva Ghirlandina”, sectors and seats that will have to be respected, and a great offer of Caffè Cagliari only for season-ticket-holders.
We will start at every BPER branche, Monday 12th July with the pre-emption for old holders. From the 26th July space for "new holders"
Daniele Bertoncelli ( Modena Bper Director): “As Usual we are with Sport in our City, and it's a pleasure also as real supporters, being with Pallavolo Modena. Great results will be reached through a cohesion of Team, society, partners and supporters and I believe Casa modena will enjoy."
Giuliano Grani (President of Pallavolo Modena): “We are going to start with our 6th season and I see a lot of enthusiasm in our partners. our aim? always doing better. We touched something up at a team that I think has the possibility to grow up. Then there are the supporters , for us and for our guys on the parquet our people are too important."
Bruno Da Re (gm Pallavolo Modena): “Modena is a special city, the slogan "one of us" represents the sense of partecipation and union between team, society, supporters and friends. We wanted to bring out young people and supporters with "Curva Ghirlandina" , In other sectors nothing changed. This year we are going to invest on the staff of Palasport in order to save seasonal ticket- holders and supporters and to make sectors and seats being respected.
An aim for the seasonal Tickets? I would like to go over the 2200 of last year, arriving at 2500 will be an extraordinary aim that the whole Modena would deserve.

06.07.2010 - FINLAND-RUSSIA: ARE WE AT CASA MODENA?
Finland and Russia didn't challenge each other on parquet, but they met and chatted about Casa Modena 2010-2011. Last Week end in Tampere (Finland) Finnish and Russian national teams played two matches valid for group C of World League 2010, and there was a lot of GIALLO BLU ...
Mikko Esko didn't play with his Finland because he is practicing Beach Volley, but he wanted to stay with his team and greet Yuri Berezhko.Coach Daniele Bagnoli Let The new spiker of Casa Modena rest, after his muscular problem.
Mikko wanted to meet Yuri and he visited him at his Hotel. Alessandro Guazzaloca and the physiotherapist Gianluca Castellari, who live both in Russia and Italy, arranged the meeting .
It was a pleasent chat talking about Italy and Modena, about the championship and the projects of the future Casa Modena and Joking about tactics. Everything in International language, a mix of English, Russian and some Italian words, italian who is thaught Berezhko by Guazzaloca and Castellari.

06.04.2010 - SATURDAY 4TH MATCH IN MACERATA.
After a great victory Sunday at Palapanini and a Monday of rest, Today Trenkwalder Modena was Back to gym. The victory in Match 3 allowed to go to match 4. Now we are 2-1 and Saturday 10th April at Palafontescodella of Treia we will play match 4. (4,00 pm)
A match that will be intense as all the matches of this season. Saturday it will be the seventh match this season.
"we are thinking about match 4- said Marco Cosimo Piscopo- Sunday we showed we never give up and we want to go on fighting thinking ball after ball with attention and determination.
The previous 3 matches were all balanced, sunday we played at Palapanini with our supporters, who helped us a lot and I know that they will follow us in Macerata..
Blocks? It's important and can be decisive vs Macerata. They are high quality players and it's difficult blocking them, but we have to be precise. It's also important serving well. To win vs Macerata we have only to play perfectly and we will try doing that in match 4. they want to close the series Saturday, BUT WE WANT TO COME BACK TO PALAPANINI.

22.03.2010 - COUNT DOWN PLAY-OFF: SATURDAY AT PALAPANINI TRNKWALDER-LUBE(4,00 PM)
Regular Season A1 TIM finished and thanks to the yesterday win in Pineto trenkwalder closed with a great 4th place ( same points of Treviso, but worse set difference).
A Position that in the Play off schedule means quarter finals vs Macerata (5th place in regular season). Lube of coach Fefè De Giorgi, of Cisolla, Vermiglio, Omrcen land other champions. The serie will be played at the best of five matches, and it will start next saturday 27th March at Palapanini with match 1.
“fourth place in regular season is a great result, said the GM Pallavolo Modena Bruno Da Re – It's true, we miss the third position for only two sets, but the joy for this reached aim is more important than what we lost.
Reaching play offs was our aim at the beginning, we reached it with a great position and now we move our aim: to afford them being sure that we can do well. this position allows us to play minimum two matches and the eventual ffifth at hom. This will be agreat opportuity for our supporters and a plesure for us to have them with us. Macerata is a high qualty team, they will be motivated and will want to be a great team again. we will afford this adventure with serenity and determination to play on the same level.
Our players aren't satisfied, on the contrary they want to show their value. "

17.03.2010 - TRENKWALDER MODENA-YOGA FORLI' 3-0 (25-22 25-22 25-18)
Trenkwalder Modena got the 6th victory in a row, beating YOGA Forlì 3-0 after an intensive and high level match.
Gialloblu without the appointed libero Mania and with Diaz reserve. Brave beginning for Forlì, swaied by Casadei.
TO wake up the Home team and to flame the 3000 supporters at Palapanini we had to wait the splendid defenses of the young libero Edoardo Ciabattini and the attacks of a Super Dennis (26 points, 70% in attack).
Equilibrium also during the second set: Modena always forward, but Yoga never out of game. At the end of the set Dennis (Again!) and a great Jasmin Cuturic Brought Trenkwalder on 2-0.
During the third set Modena imposed its rythm and close without problems.
Thanks to these three points Modena, that Sunday will go to Pineto, strengthened its fourth place in result , but Forlì will fight to avoid relegation during the last match at home vs Vibo Valentia.
At the end of the match the spiker Jasmin Cuturic was awarded as mwp.
Silvano Prandi (coach Trenkwalder Modena): “Forlì was a hard opposing team and we played a great match . I'm happy for Ciabattini and Cuturic, who were really precious, but I hope to have Diaz soon."
Raffaele Casadei (2nd coach Yoga Forlì): “In the first two sets we played a good volleyball, but we did some mistakes and Modena showed its quality. Now we will risk everything in the last day and we will do our best from the first to the last ball."

Tonight 14th day of SERIE A1 TIM championship will be played, and at Palapanini you'll see Trenkwalder- Yoga Forlì . A very important match for the results: the regular season will finish in two duties. Forlì is looking for points to avoid relegation, Modena, now at 4th plac,e wants to be among the firsts for the play offs. The match will start at 8,30 pm.

TARANTO - Third consecutive win for Trenkwalder Modena, who won on the difficoult parquet of Taranto and conquered important points for the list. Biribanti (23 points 57 % attack) at Dennis (injured) Place at the end of the first set was decisive and contributed concretely at Modena win on Prisma Taranto, which was able to play a good volleyball (first set and end of the fourth), but also to fail.

PALAPANINI – After 2,30 h of great volleball show trenkwalder Dopo quasi due e mezza di pallavolo-spettacolo la Trenkwalder Modena supera i neo vincitori della Coppa Italia dell’Itas Diatec Trentino. Un match intenso e vibrante che ha infiammato gli oltre 4000 spettatori del PalaPanini.
Sestetti annunciati con Diaz e Piscopo che tornano titolari per Modena e Juantorena regolarmente al suo posto per Trento. Nel primo set l’Itas sbaglia troppo al servizio, la Trenkwalder gioca con regolarità e chiude 25-23. Anche nel secondo i gialloblù padroni di casa conducono le danze fino 16-13, poi Juantorena e Kaziynski portano Trento all’1-1. Nel terzo la coppia alzatore-opposto Esko-Dennis regala giocate da applausi e tanti punti, Kooistra forza in battuta e Trento si disunisce. Sotto 1-2 però l’Itas non ci sta ed ancora con i suoi due fuoriclasse Juantorena e Kaziynski, e con Sokolov in campo per Vissotto, riporta in parità l’incontro.
Nel quinto set Modena parte a razzo (5-1), Trento si riavvicina sul 12-11, ma ancora un super Dennis (28 punti per lui!) mette a segno i punti che fanno la differenza fino al sigillo finale di Casòli che fa “esplodere” di gioia il PalaPanini.

I numeri tra noi e loro sono piuttosto simili e ciò vuol dire che siamo stati molto bravi a “tenere sempre botta” contro una squadra che sulla carta è certamente più forte di noi ed a fare la differenza nei momenti decisivi. Ora però dobbiamo subito pensare a sabato ed a Piacenza”.
Radostin Stoytchev (Allenatore Itas Trento): “Non abbiamo giocato un brutta partita, ma oggi Modena ha giocato meglio di noi e bisogna dare loro il giusto merito. Per vincere su questo campo bisogna giocare bene in tutti in fondamentali e farlo con continuità, noi invece siamo stati alterni. E adesso pensiamo alla Champions League perché in Belgio ci aspetta una partita molto difficile”.
